I really agree with the idea of eliminating stressors, which can perhaps be as simple as wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, to keeping a work area more tidy, to much deeper changes like moving homes or changing jobs. Life is to precious and short to &quot;put up&quot; with things.

And keeping a positive outlook always -- what a gem of truth is that! Once you get on the track of thinking that way, life has wings!
